Maradok ősz” – mesélt a változásról Sara.

You may have noticed my IG has been featuring much more #dance and #movement than before, and that's because I am finding these embodied practices to be among the very most important (not to mention fun!) in this current era of change and uncertainty, and in some cases depression and increasingly sedentary life due to being "stuck" at home, etc. Because of this movement exploration and the holy effect dance and movement are having in my life, I was inspired to create a number of movement/embodiment/empowerment courses through our new learning community, @eisenacademy , so that we can move, shake and shimmy our way to joy, health and vitality – even (and especially) when times are tough. These practices are so powerful for me and so many of us, I could write an entire book about why. They help us to clear and align our energy fields, resolve physical disease and suppressed emotions, generate health and resilience in the nervous and lymphatic systems, help us bond together in community, radiate joy and strength into the world and oh so much more. I've just created the first official movement opportunity through EISEN Academy, which is an introduction to #bellydancing in an ancient/#Hebrew context, and will be taught by the fabulous teacher from whom I've begun taking lessons. We will focus on technique, also women's #pelvichealth, cultural context(s), with improv and just plain fun opportunities throughout! If you'd like to come dance with us, as many of you have expressed, you can join at the link in my bio. This will be an intimate class, hosted over zoom, with a max of 8 people, likely on Saturdays and will begin on October 25. First come, first enrolled and 20% discount is given to those who join our patreon Academy! ( www.patreon.com/eisenacademy ) Let's get together, and shimmy and shake the world awake! I can't wait, see you there ✨✨✨🙌🙌🙌🔥 #divinefeminine #grayhair #shekinah #fitness #fitnessover40 #sisterhood #pelvicfloorexercises #community #dovedancing #wehavecome ♥️♥️♥️🕊🕊🕊🔥🔥🔥

It is actually not merely an "inconvenience" nor simply "the way things are" that women have to study and work harder, under more difficult conditions, to receive LOWER or less prestigious title/status/compensation in their areas of expertise (such as clergy person, doctor, politician, actor); OR that women are expected to labor and work WHILE also simultaneously tending non-stop to the emotional needs of their children, partner and/or community in an uncompensated, "invisible" way, thus doing more work than the vast majority of men are even capable of; OR that women are supposed to keep working at the same freakish pace regardless of menstruation (and often also, postpartum status), when their bodies are asking for deep rest but they must instead continue striving to be all things to all people, conducting the impossible while no one even notices. These forms of hidden prejudice against women (and this is just a starting list) are not simply a small insult, a minor inconvenience to her, a slight unfairness; they are actually forms of NEGATING her very being, and therefore violence against the Universe itself, by misusing and failing to recognize the One who births it. It's not just about "equal rights" while a million invisible inequities and actual unsanctionable dangers stay in place; it's about true reverence of the feminine. And when this is at last corrected, the era of Heaven will dawn 🕊🙌 Let us be the representative and embodiment of the truly whole and nourished woman. Let us claim this rite, and let us show the way ♥️🙌🕊✨
